Department of Clinical Nutrition The Department of Clinical Nutrition is committed to providing the best possible patient care for patients of the Peking University Third Hospital. Registered Dietitians provide an array of patient-care services, including nutritional instruction, nutritional information, dietary and meal arrangement for individual patients, special dietary pattern formulation, supervision on cooking and assigning nutritional diet by the hospital refectory to patients.
